About Me 
Mission Statement:
I, Jason Bartlett, have a defined commitment to learn the skills necessary to face the challenges of international economic and environmental sustainability. These skills will help me succeed in my professional goal of harmonizing the public sector, in accordance with industry, to protect community and environmental health through the responsible stewardship of resources in impacted or developing regions. I believe by integrating policy, regulation and business balance can be maintained, health can be preserved and sustainability can be attained in developing areas around the world.

Educational History
I have a master's of public policy (MPP) from  UC Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy and a M.S. from the College of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
 
I have a B.S. in Environmental Toxicology at UC Davis after transferring from City College of San Francisco.
  
 
Awards and Acknowledgements:
I have been nominated by the Goldman School of Public Policy to be a candidate for the Presidential Management Fellowship.

My independent research work with the LAWR at UC Davis has been mentioned in a report issued by Laboratory Equipment magazine. Please click here to read the article
 
I presented my research at the 4th USDA Greenhouse Gas Conference in Baltimore, MD on February 8th. The poster is viewable in my Library.
 
I have been awarded a membership to the national biological sciences honor society, Phi Sigma.
 
I have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by the Dean of the College of Agricultural and Environmental Science at UCD in the Winter quarter of 2006.
 
In the summer of 2005, I was selected by the Department of Energy for an internship at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland, Washington.
 
I recieved the UC Regeants Transfer Fellowship to attend UC Davis from the Fall quarter of 2005 through my expected graduation date in June of 2007.
 
I have also earned commendations for my work in the Spring of 2002, Spring of 2001 and Fall of 2000 by the Dean's Office at City College of San Francisco.
